Terms & Conditions

We use an insured delivery service for most of our items delivered to the UK and most items sent overseas. Should you have any questions regarding an item please ring our sales office on 0191 2816666 MON-FRIDAY 10am--5pm.
We will refund any item returned (unused) within 14 days (item cost only).
Items received damaged MUST be reported to our sales office by Telephone within 24 hours of receipt, we will then be able to send you a replacement or a full refund.
We will not be able to claim for damaged items after this time so please inspect your purchase on the same day it is delivered.
