Shipping

For all orders to mainland England, Scotland and Wales we charge a shipping fee per order of £4.99 irrespective of the number of items in the order. Two, three or more items in a single order will cost only £4.99 total. For Orders to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands and the Channel Islands we charge a shipping fee per order of £17.50 irrespective of the number of items in the order.

When a credit card, PayPal or Google Checkout is used as a payment method then orders will normally be despatched on the same day or the next working day after we receive the order. When other payment methods are used please allow approximately 7 days from receipt of order to despatch.

If you have an urgent need for despatch on the same day as the order is placed then please telephone us and we will do everything we can to help you.

We use Initial City Link as our carriers and usually deliveries will be made on the next working day after we despatch. If a customer is not at home when the delivery driver calls he will put a note through the customer's letterbox suggesting that the customer telephones to arrange a convenient time for the delivery driver to return. Alternatively, arrangements can be made to leave the order with a neighbour. Please note that orders need to be signed for unless you give us contrary instructions.
